ABOUT ELLA
Located in Miami Beach, FL, Ella Magers, MSW, has been a fitness professional for 8+ years. She holds her Personal Training Certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and was trained in wellness coaching at the University of Miami in 2006. She has been featured as a fitness expert in the media, including regular appearances on CBS Health News Reports, and has written articles for magazines such as Prevention, Ms. Fitness, and Modern Bride. She has also been featured in many fitness videos including Crunch Boot Camp and Brazil Butt Lift. Ella is a fitness competitor, most recently winning the FAME Fitness World Championship. Ella is also a muay thai kickboxer and has trained with world champions and renowned coaches.
When it comes to her clients, Ella has had success working with individuals with a variety of goals including weight loss, increasing lean muscle mass, toning, and improving overall health and fitness levels. She thoroughly assesses each client and customizes a wellness program to meet their individual needs and desires. She specializes in functional and core training, strength and conditioning, nutrition counseling, and wellness coaching. Ella takes pride in giving her clients a unique experience with each session so they stay motivated and make continual progress.
Ella holds her Master’s degree in Social Work, specializing in counseling. Based on years of experience working with clients, Ella developed a holistic perspective on “wellness.” She believes that one’s physical, mental, and emotional health are all deeply connected. Ella holds the viewpoint that every person is a unique individual, with a different history, different needs, and different desires in life. Ella takes clients exactly where they are and works with them to find the courage, motivation, and strength necessary to reach their specific, individual goals, one step at a time.
